  5. Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Popayán que negó la tutela del derecho a la salud, en conexidad con el derecho a la integridad personal, de los menores José Gerardo Guerrero Lara y Juan Camilo Guerrero Lara.
  6. Segundo. Tutelar el derecho a la salud en conexidad con la integridad personal de José Gerardo Guerrero Lara y Juan Camilo Guerrero Lara.
  7. En consecuencia ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales E.P.S. que si aún no lo ha hecho, en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, autorice suministrar los medicamentos ordenados por el médico tratante, mientras él mismo no ordene otros medicamentos para sustituirlos."
